27th Annual Mosquito Festival is July 26-28

Paisley’s 27th Annual Mosquito Festival will be taking place on the Friday, July 26, Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28.

Friday will be the Gaming Play Day, where 5 events will be held starting at 9 a.m. and with each coming at a cost of $6. Contestants of all ages are welcome to participate. Buckles will be awarded to the first place winners and varied others. Cutting will take place at 4 p.m.

The Car & Motorcycle Show will be starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday. For more information on the show, contact Robert Davis at 541-943-3124.

After the show, Saturday will see the Ranch Horse Class, Team Doctoring, Breakaway Roping, and part of Muley Roping events starting at 11 a.m. Prices for the events are $75, $100, $30, and $30, respectively. Sunday’s events will be Team Branding and Co-ed Team Branding, with $100 being price for both events.

Pre-registration is preferred for all events, as there is a cutting and ranch horse class cutoffs, but registration will also be accepted until the events are full or to the day of the events.
