4-H School Out! is a new program offered by the Lake County 4-H Youth Development Program to provide engaging activities to youth on selective weekdays when there is no school.
The focus this Spring is on science and geared to youth in second through sixth grades.
The program will be held in Lakeview on Thursday, April 11, and Friday, April 12, at the Lake County OSU Extension Office, located at 103 S. E St.
On the agenda is a 10 a.m. to noon ‘Junk Drawer Robotics’ program for students in grades four, five and six, while the 1 to 3 p.m. program, ‘Think Like a Scientist,’ will be available for students in grades two and three.
