Alice M. Galloway

Alice M. Galloway, 80, passed away Friday, Feb. 18, 2011 at her daughter’s home in Klamath Falls.
She was born Nov. 1,1930 in Lakeview to Alex Hansen Koefoed and the former Faye Vernon.
She graduated from college a registered nurse and for many years worked in Klamath Falls in the emergency room at the hospital.
Family gatherings were always very important and want to stay in touch with the family.
Alice was preceded in death by  her parents; sister Elaine Georgetta; niece Kelda Koefoed.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Tim and Sharon Galloway of Bend; daughters and sons-in-law Terry and Tom Harrison of Medford and Sandra and Kurt Helmers of Klamath Falls; Brother and sister-in-law Ken and Lois Koefoed of Sacramento, Calif.; grandchildren Lacey Harrison-Sutton, Joshua Harrison, Katie Helmers, Kurt Helmers, Luke Galloway and Leah Galloway; great-grandchild Gracie Sutton.
At Alice’ request no funeral services will be held.

Robert Franklin Kemry
Robert Franklin Kemry, 52, died on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 in Anderson, Calif. from complications of diabetes.
He was born in Lakeview on April 7, 1958 to Frank and Nancy Kemry.
After graduation from Lakeview High School in 1976, he attended Phoenix Institute of Technology for three years, earning a Certificate in Architectural Drafting. He returned to Lakeview in the early 80s and worked for the US Forest Service until ill health caused his early retirement. He moved to Red Bluff, Calif. to live with his parents and receive medical treatment. While there, he attended Shasta Community College and transferred to Humbolt State University. He received a degree in Environmental Sciences in May of 2006.
He was preceded in death by his father Frank in 2007; grandparents John and Grace Kemry and Byron and Mary Warburton;
He is survived by his mother Nancy of Anderson; brother Kenneth of Junction City; sister Kathleen of Anderson; many aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of his life at a future date at home in Lakeview.
