Alma Middlebrooks Crocker

Alma Middlebrooks Crocker, 83, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011 in Klamath Falls.
She was born Feb. 12, 1927 in Antlers, Okla. to Jesse and Patrie  Cox.  She graduated from Lakeview High School  and spent most of her life in Lakeview.
She was married to Floyd Middlebrooks in Reno, Nev. On Nov. 13 1944.  The couple had two children, Carolyn and Bill.
Alma and Floyd loved to go out in Lakeview and loved going to Reno.  They had life-long wonderful friends in Lakeview.
Alma owned and operated the Mary Jo Shop in Lakeview for several years .  Upon selling the Mary Jo Shop she then opened Alma’s Boutique in Lakeview.   Fashion and clothes were her forte.
Alma married Lyndell Crocker on April 4, 2005.  They spent every Friday night dancing and socializing at the VFW.
She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd; daughter Carolyn; brother Buell; sister Juanita.
Alma is survived by her husband Lyndell; son and daughter-in-law Bill and Tracy Middlebrooks; stepdaughters Linda Crocker and Daniel and Lynette Crocker; brothers and sisters-in-law Raymond and Barbara Cox, Gene and Shara Cox, Richie and Susan Cox and Doug and Jennifer Cox; brother Clyde Cox; sister-in-law Gloria Middlebrooks; grandsons and spouses Anthony and Aliki Montgomery, Damon and Michelle Deter and Trent and Leah Middlebrooks; grandson Shane Montgomery; numerous great-grandchildren; two great-great granddaughters; several nieces and nephews; many grand-nieces and nephews.
Celebration Of Life Services were held Monday, Jan. 10, 2011 at the Lakeview Eagles Lodge.  Private burial services took place at the family plot at the
