Oregon State Police Monday, Nov. 3 – At 9:19 p.m., Joseph Liso, 59 of Bella Vista, was stopped for a traffic violation. Several drug trafficking indicators were present. A probable cause search resulted in the discovery of marijuana and methamphetamine. He was arrested for PCS-Methamphetamine. Lakeview Police Department assisted on scene.
