A celebration of life service will be held for the late Charles H. (Judge) Foster, Jr. on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church.
A reception and luncheon will follow the church services in the Church Fellowship Hall.
Interment will beheld at the Willamette National Cemetery in Portland on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011 at 11 a.m.
Ousley Osterman Huffstutter Funeral Chapel has charge of arrangements.
