- Having violated his probation, Bryan Thomas Reents was sentenced to 18 months in the custody of the state’s Department of Corrections, receiving credit for time served. Reents also was sentenced to 24 months of post-prison supervision and recommended to enter and successfully complete a drug/alcohol treatment program.
- Matthew Palka was convicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance in schedule II based on a guilty plea entered on Monday, Oct. 28. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about Aug. 14. Palka was sentenced to 11 months of bench probation.
- Jeremy Robert Johnson was convicted of one count of assault in the second degree based on a guilty plea entered on Tuesday, Oct. 29. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about July 1, 2011. Johnson was sentenced to 36 months of supervised probation.
