  • Timothy Wayne Halsey was convicted on one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle based on a guilty plea entered on May 22.  The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about Oct. 15, 2013. Halsey was sentenced to 90 hours in the Lake County Jail and was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation.

 

  • Tommy R. Brown was convicted of one count of theft in the third degree based on a guilty plea entered on Monday, June 2.  The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about June 9, 2013.  Brown was sentenced to 12 months of bench probation. Brown was additionally convicted on one count of criminal driving while suspended or revoked based on a guilty plea also entered on June 2, which stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about June 21, 2013. Brown was sentenced to four days in jail on this charge.

 

  • Jesse Charles Strohkirch was convicted on one count of assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence based on a guilty plea entered on Monday, June 2.  The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about April 1.  Strohkirch was sentenced to two days in jail and 36 months of supervised probation.

 

  • Mathew Krenning was sentenced to one count of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance in Schedule III, based on a guilty plea entered on Monday, June 2. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about June 2. Krenning was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 24 months of supervised probation. One count of unlawful delivery of marijuana for consideration was dismissed.

 

  • Chaz Williams was convicted on one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle based on a guilty plea entered on Monday, June 2.  The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about April 13. Williams was sentenced to two days in jail and 18 months of supervised probation.

 

  • Steven Doll was convicted of one count of possession of methamphetamine based on a plea of guilty entered on Monday, June 2.  The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about Jan. 30.  Doll was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation.
