  • In court documents dated Monday, Feb. 25, the Lake County Circuit Court proffered a limited judgment of conditional discharge against James Bond in light of his guilty plea to the possession of methamphetamine. The conditions of this decision by the court include 40 hours of community service, abstain from the use of intoxicants, submission to random blood, breath, saliva or urine tests, undergo a drug evaluation and, if recommended, enter and successfully complete a drug treatment program.

Following completion of the conditions of conditional discharge for Nathan Alan Robins on Feb. 27, a motion for dismissal was approved by the Lake County Circuit Court on Friday, March 1, according to court documents.

Peter H. Lara was convicted on one count of possession of marijuana based on a guilty plea entered on Feb. 24. One count of unlawful possession of marijuana was dismissed. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about Oct. 23, 2012. Lara was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation.

Michael Curtis Dillavou was convicted on one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of possession of methamphetamine, based on a guilty plea entered on Jan. 23. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about Dec. 8 and Dec. 11, 2011, respectively. Dillavou was sentenced to 30 months in custody of the state Department of Corrections on the firearm charge, and 36 months of supervised probation for the possession charge. A third charge of felon in possession of a firearm was dismissed.

Richard Alan Heath was convicted of one count of possession of methamphetamine based on a plea of guilty entered March 5. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about Feb. 27. Heath was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation.

Trentin Lee Sukovaty was convicted on one count of unlawful delivery of marijuana for consideration based on a guilty plea entered Feb. 14. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on or about Nov. 20, 2011. Sukovaty was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 36 months of supervised probation. A second charge of unlawful possession of marijuana was dismissed.

Daniel Adam Souliere was convicted on one count of possession of methamphetamine based on a guilty plea entered Feb. 11. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on or about Oct. 30, 2012. Souliere was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation.
