Eva Beth Havel

Eva Beth Havel, 85, died at her Lakeview home Friday, May 4, 2012.
She was born Oct. 15, 1926 in Albuquerque, NM  to Emery and Maye (Childers) Haught.
She came with her family at a young age to Lakeview where she attended school and graduated from Lakeview High School in 1945.
She was married to Edwin Havel May 3, l946 in Reno, Nev. The couple spent all of their married lives in Lakeview.
She was employed at the Lake District Hospital for many years as a CNA. Her hobbies included bowling, cooking, crocheting and arrowhead hunting.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Paul and Kathy Havel and Jerry and Jan Havel all of Lakeview; daughter Shirley Lepori and her friend John Buck; sister and brother-in-law Edna and Don Beeson of Eugene; grandsons Jon, Matt, Paul and Scott Havel,  Mike and Joe Lepori; grandaughter Tracye Cardoza of Chiloquin; great-grandsons Konnor and Bradyn Tillman and Ryan Havel; great-granddaughters K. C., Maddie, Halle, Maezy and Haille Havel; special friend Chris Layton; many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at the Ousley Osterman Huffstutter Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Eric Sarensen officiating.  The burial will follow at the family plot at the Sunset Cemetery.  The auxiliary  of the Lakeview VFW Post 4070 will participate at the graveside services.
Contributions in memory of Eva Beth may be made to Lakeview Home Health & Hospice, 700 S. J St. Lakeview 97630 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Casket bearers: Jon, Matt, Paul and Scott Havel,  Mike and Joe Lepori. Honorary casket bearers: Orval Layton, Konnor Tillman and Bradyn Tillman.
Ousley Osterman Huffstutter Funeral Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
