Grand Jury Indictments—

  • On Tuesday, June 10, Terry Cramer was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, one count of delivery of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and one count of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.  The charges stemmed from incident that allegedly occurred on or about May 26.
  • On Tuesday, June 10, Carl Bowles was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, more than 4 ounces.  The charge stemmed from an incident that allegedly occurred on or about April 9.
  • On Tuesday, June 10, Noell Cautrell was indicted on one count of theft in the first degree.  The charge stemmed from incidents that allegedly occurred between Dec. 4 and Dec. 11, 2011 in which Cautrell allegedly unlawfully and knowingly committed the theft of bobcats, property to the state of Oregon of a total aggregate value of $1,000 or more.
  • On Tuesday, June 10, Susan Cartwright was indicted on one count of theft in the first degree.  The charge stemmed from an incident that allegedly occurred on June 4 in which Cartwright allegedly unlawfully and knowingly committed theft of Shannon Hogue’s companion animal.
  • On Tuesday, June 10, Peter Ahart was indicted on one count of burglary in the first degree and one count of criminal mischief in the first degree.  The charges stemmed from an incident in which Ahart allegedly unlawfully entered a building located on the property of Tom Lane on Twenty Mile Road in Adel, damaging the door and frame in an amount exceeding $1,000.
  • On Tuesday, June 10, Teresa D. Bayley was indicted on one count of  delivery of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, one count of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and one count of possession of a controlled substance-oxycodone.  The charges stemmed from an incident in which Bayley allegedly possessed and delivered methamphetamine in a quantity of 10 grams or more and also possessed oxycodone.
  • On Tuesday, June 10, Abraham Jacobs was indicted on one count of theft in the first degree.  The charge stemmed from incidents that allegedly occurred between the dates of Jan. 1, 2012, and Feb. 10, 2012, in which Jacobs allegedly unlawfully and knowingly committed the theft of bobcats, the property of the State of Oregon in the aggregate value of $1,000 or more.
