Grand Jury Indictments

On Tuesday, July 8, Stephani Hicks was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.  The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 22 in which Hicks allegedly unlawfully and knowingly possessed Paxil.

On Tuesday, June 24, Kayleena Adamec was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count of hindering prosecution.  The charges stemmed from an incident on or about June 1 in which Adamec allegedly unlawfully provided Austin Dockins, a person who had committed a crime punishable as a felony, with transportation with the intent to hinder his apprehension.

On Tuesday, July 22, Richard Knox was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on two counts of assault in the third degree and two counts of criminal mistreatment in the first degree. The charges stemmed from an incident on or about March 23 when Knox unlawfully and knowingly caused physical injury to a 3-year-old R.M-D by punching him in the eye and popping him in the mouth with his hand.

On Tuesday, July 22, Don Parish was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count of possession of controlled substance. The charges stemmed from an incident on or about June 5 when said defendant unlawfully and knowingly possess marijuana over 4 ounces.
