Joseph William “Joe” Dial 

Joseph William “Joe” Dial, 59, died at the Lake District Hospital on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012.
He was born to Norman and Opal McDonald Dial on Nov. 18, 1952 in Red Bluff, Calif. He grew up in Red Bluff, where he was married to Rhonda Manwill in 1990. He had come to Lakeview to be near his family.
His work experience was somewhat varied. He has been a house painter, cook in a family owned restaurant and a construction laborer.
Joe was a member of the Church of Christ and was a real student of the Word Of God. He was known for his great sense of humor and huge heart. Other than visiting with his family, Joe really loved the great outdoors, fishing, hiking, riding motorcycles and driving hot rods.
He was preceded in death by his mother, who he shared a special bond with; father; two brothers; one sister.
Joe is survived by his ex-wife Rhonda Dial; sons Joe Dial Jr., Danny Dial and Monte Dial of Lakeview; daughter Darlene (Towel) Dial Manwill of Lakeview;  daughter-in-law Justine Shelton; brother Danny Ray Dial of Red Bluff; sister and brother-in-law Renee and Mick Kennedy of Red Bluff; granddaughter Lily Dial; Nana and Papa Manwill and a larger extended family.
No formal services are being planned.

Desert Rose Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements
