Town of Lakeview Police
Monday, April 1 — At 2:35 p.m., Lakeview Police received a report of an assault at the corner of Center and F streets.
Tuesday, April 2 — At 2:25 p.m., Lakeview Police assisted Lake County Community Corrections with the arrest of David Michael Powell, 45, of Lakeview. Powell was arrested for a parole violation.
Wednesday, April 3 — At 5:13 p.m., Lakeview Police arrested Johnny Turnbull for an outstanding Lake County warrant.
At 8 p.m., Lakeview Police was called to assist parole and probation with a probation violation. Subsequently, Mandy Bowen was taken into custody and lodged in the Lake County Jail.
Friday, April 5 — At 8:22 a.m., Lakeview Police took a report of an abandoned bike. If anyone in the general public believes it may belong to them, contact the Town of Lakeview Police Department at 541-947-2504.

Sunday, March 24 — At an undisclosed time, OSP responded to a single-vehicle crash on US 395 at milepost 124. Dawn M. Roberts of Lakeview struck a deer with her white Chevy Tahoe, causing major front end damage. Minor injuries were reported in the incident. Don Deiter’s Auto Body & Towing towed the vehicle from the scene.
Monday, March 25 — At an undisclosed time, OSP stopped Raymundo N. Montalvo of Hood River for a traffic violation on US 395 at milepost 145. He was subsequently arrested for failure to present and carry license and use invalid license.
Saturday, March 30 — At an undisclosed time, OSP responded to a single-vehicle crash on Hwy 140 at milepost 83. Shiela M. Strout of Klamath Falls drove into the opposing lane of traffic and then over-corrected, traveling into the southside ditch. Moderate injuries were reported in the incident. Don Deiter’s Auto Body and Towing towed the vehicle, a 2000 Dodge Durango, from the scene.
Sunday, March 31— At 2:15 p.m., OSP stopped Joshua I. Stallard of Milton, Ohio, for a traffic violation on Hwy 140 at milepost 88. He was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. Lakeview Auto towed the vehicle, a 1999 Ford Explorer, from the scene.
