Robert (Bob) Moore

Robert (Bob) Moore, 75, of Redmond passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011 in Bend.
Bob was born March 20, 1936 in Oakland to Sidney and Maude (Goodman) Moore.
He grew up in Drain where he participated in sports such as football and baseball. He then joined the Air Force and was sent to Tripoli. He was in the Air Police branch and he had a dog as his partner. Upon returning to Drain, he became a logger for Woolly Logging Company.
In April 1963 he married Adeline (Addie) Gordon and started a family. After Bob suffered a logging accident, he and his family moved to Paisley where he and Addie owned and operated the K and L Market for 23 years before retiring.
Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing, he also regularly attended the Redmond Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bob is survived by his wife Addie Moore; sons and daughters-in-law Weldon and Tammy Moore and Frank and Heidi Moore; daughters and sons-in-law Roberta and Terry Murray and Christine and Robert Poole; four brothers; three sisters; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
In accordance with his wishes, no service will be held.
