Turkle trial moves to Oct. 7-9

Defense for former deputy Kenneth Turkle has moved to continue the trial of the accused until Oct. 7-9. The defense wants to consolidate all the charges into one hearing. Turkle is being charged on tampering with a witness, tampering with evidence, solicitation with tampering with evidence, several counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, three counts of sexual abuse in the third degree, sexual abuse in the third degree and providing liquor to a minor.
